gem.dll compiled with mingw

gem cvs as of oct. '05, compiled with mingw against pd 0.38.4 for pentium III or better. almost untested.

gem.dll compiled with mingw by thoralf schulze — last modified 2007-05-06 07:39 PM: cvs version of gem from around beginning of october '05. compiled with mingw, includes necessary libs (I didn't manage to link these statically, they should go to pd's bin folder). Needs a pentium III or better. This is almost completely untested - use at your own risk. Requires a pd built with mingw as well - Carmen did these a while ago.
