They focus on music and education, but are quite non-technical. They were not interested in PDDP most likely because it was computer-based.

Tides Foundation

They are interested in both Education and Community-based arts, so they are one to watch. You cannot submit applications tho, you have to check their Open RFPs to see if any of the projects are a match.

Rockefeller Foundation

Rockefeller supports education and art. We need to find a contact.
