my pure data projects

--> MAPI

MAPI was my first attempt to build a real-world VJ tool with Pure Data and GEM. It is a beast to play, but it kind of works ... MAPI is discontinued by now, since writing a comletely new app seemed to be easier than improving MAPI. Check out tvjt !

tfbb's VJ Tool: is the successor of MAPI and will be much better in many respects. It features 4 independent render chains with chooseable inputs than can be blended over each other, has state-saving, can be controlled with a MIDI controller (highly recommended!) and is a great tool in general :-). I'm actually using this piece in live performances.

--> dMP

is a distributed Movie Player. Plays a movie perfectly synchronised on an unlimited number of computers.

--> lMP

stands for lingering Media Player. It grabs pictures from an input device (dv or usb cam) and shoots them out with a delay of up to 10 seconds.

will be an interactive sequencer / sample player controlled by a gestural interface. stay tuned, it will hopefully be finished soon
